Welcome to the 14th International Conference on Photonics and Applications (ICPA-14) and the 14th National Conference on Optics and Spectroscopy (NCOS-14), which will be held jointly at Quy Nhon University from September 30 to October 3, 2026.


ICPA-NCOS 14 brings together researchers, scientists, lecturers, engineers, and students working in optics, spectroscopy, photonics, and related fields. The conference provides a valuable opportunity to present recent research results, exchange scientific ideas, and strengthen academic connections among participants from Vietnam and abroad.
