Dear All,


The Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics (APCTP) is an international scientific organization which pursues the highest quality research in all areas of theoretical physics and promotes cooperation among scientists from its member countries, the Asia Pacific regions, and beyond.

With these goals, APCTP is pleased to invite proposals for programs of the year 2026 (from March 2026 to February 2027).

Proposals and feedback from the scientific community are crucial for determining activities of APCTP, and the selected proposals will constitute its core activities.


Please find the attached files for more details and kindly note the following:


  • All applications should be submitted through our online application system on the APCTP website at www.apctp.org (please refer to attachment #2).
  • The online application will be open only from 16 September to 31 October, 2025.
  • Applications for Category-4 programs, which are held exclusively in the 19 member countries/regions, should be accompanied by a supporting letter issued by a General Council member representing each member country/region.
